Mobilising personnel into Thailand

Through a thorough understanding of Thailand Visa and Work Permit application process and years of in-country experience we ensure full compliance with all immigration requirements, managing the Thai visa / work permit application and submission to either BOI or WP3, depending on the contractor’s work location. Our team can also apply on behalf of operators for DMF permits, and manage applications to the Thailand Ministry of Labour for the non-immigrant type B visa. We have coordinated visas and work permits on behalf of our clients for several years, including a recent multi-billion USD$ greenfield project where we have applied for over 100 on behalf of our client, under their business license.

Whilst our clients don’t have an entity in Thailand, with our support, this doesn’t stop them from being able to launch projects in-country, staffed with local workers. Our team will orchestrate shadow payroll in-country to remain compliant with contractors’ home country requirements, no matter where they’re from. Our support teams will also run ongoing 90-day reporting cycles for all expatriates, to retain legislative compliance.
